The room was quite humid, almost hard to breathe in big chunks. While they appeared spacious, the restaurant was only open for breakfast, and the food served was cold and barely cooked. However, the gentleman working at Starbucks was exceptional. Unfortunately, the bar was not open, and there were instances of attempted room entry without knocking.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were generally clean but had leftover garbage from previous guests. The restaurant was only open for breakfast, where the food was cold and undercooked, although the Starbucks service was excellent. The bar was closed during the stay due to an event, which was disappointing.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was spotless, one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in, and the poolside view was a neat feature, especially for the kids. The service was very courteous and helpful. The location was perfect for our plans, close to attractions like the National Railroad Museum and NEW Zoo. However, the pool area was overwhelming with chlorine, making it hard to stay. The dining options were lacking, with stale pastries and limited selections.
